Today, I will tell you what you can do if you are feeling tired of living your life. Actually, not so long ago I was exactly sick and tired of sick and tired. Yes!

This was the exact reason that made do something about it and later I started this website to get my mind off of things that were toxic!

So, in this article, I will tell you what you can do if you are bored, exhausted and tired of living?

What To Do When You Are Tired of Living?


These are the things to do when you are bored and want to bring drastic changes in life for a better life direction right now from today:

To-Do 1: STOP PLAYING VIDEO GAMES


I mean literally, Stop Playing Video Games!

Everything works well in MODERATION and when you play too much video games, you get too much in ISOLATION and isolation in most cases is the workshop for the Devil!

I know it is fun and fine when you play it but long hours play affects you in a lot of different ways, your eyes, making you socially awkward, addiction, etc.

Now, if you are being paid to play and it's your passion then it's all good but the majority will not fall under this is the reason why you are feeling sick and tired.

To-Do 2: CONNECT WITH YOUR PURPOSE


A lot of people ask also me like what is this PURPOSE, PURPOSE.?

What is this "Purpose Fixes Everything" and what do you mean by that?

Why do you talk so much about Purpose?

Purpose Goddamnit!

You know what, everyone has got a passion within and in their current reality they are working something else which is the reason why they are feeling lost because it's just not their thing!

I love this line from the movie Fight Club that:

"It's only after we've lost everything that we're free to do anything- Chuck Palahniuk"

This line just never gets old and it is so true!

So many people are just doing BS that deep down they know they don't like but they are still doing it, this is the biggest reason for receiving ultimate life problems!

You are not connected with your purpose is the reason you are feeling tired and whatever you are feeling rn as you have clicked this article so CONNECT WITH YOUR PURPOSE and see what happens after that!

To-Do 3: TAKE A BREAK IF YOU ARE TOO OVERWHELMED


Most times, whatever you are doing is just too much for you.

And the funny thing is no-body realizes or can feel your mental pressure. You are just told to do work;


Oh, you ain't hustlin! Work Hard and play hard and all that BS!


Every one of us has got its own timeline and everything is in divine timing.

And you cannot rush anything and it doesn't mean you lost your Goddamn mind and completely stop any actions from your side.

Rather, if you are trying to make something happen, it is just not going to fall on your lap just like this.

Keep working on what you are doing and make sure you have a vision and not leading your life in a den with a straight wall and not you confused now like what to do?

Take a break if you are just too overwhelmed and going through something!

To-Do 4: HANG-OUT WITH YOUR BEST BUDDIES


Tired of living


There's nothing like hanging out with people that just roll and vibe with you!

If you are tired of sitting at home all the time and feeling this strange way rn.

Go and get the heck out of the house and have some fun, make memories as you are free to do anything and everything!

It's important to realize this and I actually realized this thing after figuring out in my thoughts that:

Nobody has control over you, Nobody!

You are free to do anything so just go out and hang out with your best buddies if you are feeling depresses and bored!

I know there will be people who read this and will say,

I don't have any friends!

I have toxic friends?

I don't like my friends and I also don't vibe with them!

Then consider doing this next thing which is;

To-Do 5: START APPROACHING PEOPLE


There are tonnes of people to meet. Do this thing next time you'll get outta house:

Go to a park and walk your way for 20 seconds eyes closed and try to listen to people talking around you!

Don't take this thing literally but you understand the point. You see them!

There are people and people and people everywhere...!

Have a clear mind and think, the people I wanna hangout, where they hangout?

But, I don't know what to say or I feel uncomfortable?

I say if you currently do not have a good quality of friend circle then meet and go to places where you will find those like-minded people who vibe with you!

It is the simplest thing you can do!

To-Do 6: CHANGE YOUR ENVIRONMENT BY TRAVELLING


If you don't have things to do, Do Travelling!

New culture, new routine, new food, new faces, new feeling, everything new!

How good that would be?

I work a job, I don't have time for traveling!

Traveling is too expensive!

Then buddy, look for solutions what you can do? Life is just happening rn in this present moment.
If you don't have money then look for some side hustle that can solve this issue.

Do something about it like traveling is the best thing when it comes to having next level enjoyment and happiness!

To-Do 7: READ A SELF-HELP BOOK


Now, this is something that you will consider odd why I have added this in the list?

I added reading self-help book point because this is what happened to me:

I just ordered an extra book from amazon to fulfill my minimum order so that I can have my free shipping without delivery charge.

I got my shipping free, it was peanut butter and "that book" remained in the dust of my shelf for like quite a time.

The other day, I was bored and like too tired to care anymore for almost anything.

I saw this book on my shelf with dust.

I started casually reading it like why the heck I ordered it!

Fast forward 3 days later, that was the best thing that ever happened that changed my mindset.

If you are someone who is trying making changes or feel unsatisfied daily then I say read self-help books.

Earlier I was doing things that I hate on an almost daily basis and was miserable but that one order from amazon that landed the book at my home.

I never thought that I will ever read shit like books. NEVER!

But I am telling you, self-help books changed my entire life.

To-Do 8: LISTEN TO YOUR TYPE OF MUSIC


Tired of living


I almost on a daily basis listen to music for at least 30 minutes, At least!

What happens is, we in our daily life listen to shit from everywhere.

You turned on the T.V and see negative shit!

You started reading to newspapers and see the same negative shit there!

So you thought of talking to friends and they are discouraging and toxic too!

Humans pick on negative things faster than anything.

And all these negative things are low vibration things and situation so what happens is,

Have you ever noticed when you listen to music, all the problems just kind of slide away...

Because listening to music makes you feel good and feeling good raises your vibration and your whole day just get a rush of positive flow.

If you are someone who especially feeling discouraged and depressed then listen to music and let go of everything by being in the present and enjoy!

To-Do 9: STOP BITC-ING AND COMPLAINING AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY
